I have heard tragedy struck your charity home recently. It would be awful if anything happened again or if the children were harmed next time.

I've recovered your stew pot from the vandals. I can prevent further harm from coming to the Beacon or anyone who dwells there as well, this service will only cost you 500 gold a month paid in advance.

Once you pay, I personally swear no harm will come to anyone in the Beacon. As it stands, I've learned this entire problem began when Jherick attacked a man in the Beacon rather than simply ask him to leave. Most unfortunate.
