I've taken the liberty of purchasing the property for the House, and have secured all necessary permits and deeds. The Spellguard stand ready to secure the property from arcane scrying upon its completion. I've also taken the liberty of contracting a group of stone-masons and builders who I've worked with before. They do excellent work and and are prepared to finish the property according to specifications as soon as the final funds trickle in.

Thank you for all your good work and generousity. I am curious about these stone masons. We were to meet with Clan Grunstubhle regarding the construction but nothing has been determined yet. Thus, it would be nice to get an estimate from your friends. Let me know how they can be reached and I will have Cog send over a copy of the plans, or feel free to hand them the rough copy I gave to you earlier.
