*A letter is left pinned to the door's of the Office of the Hearld and the Council*
Representatives of the Council and Office of the Herald,
I write this letter to gravely express my concern for your delay holding elections. For many, hope for the people of Sanctuary is maintained through steadfast elections. Delay in this serves only to reduce their hope and willingness to live in Sanctuary. Many have already deemed Sanctuary in the final throws of anarchy, and have chosen to wander into the Underdark to find their own way to the surface. Such actions will lead to there deaths.
Another concern I have is the council passing legislation delaying election, when not all the ruling council seats are filled. This tells me that the public’s interest in not fully captured in your decisions. Furthermore, there are rumors about pertaining to Councilors Frum and Wyric negotiating with representatives of the Shadow Dragon and that tremendous coin has changed hands. These significant and potentially catastrophic decisions should only be made by a fully established council.
