Ambassador Quarix Gaptooth greets you on this memorable day, where Sanctuary moves on to the next page, leaving the bad one for what it was. With new opportunities, and possibly threats on the next, Ambassador Quarix Gaptooth hopes the Shadow Tribe can start to play a greater role in the Sanctuary's defence. Great Shadow has been mightily generous in his wishes he requested to be fulfilled before he ate the many invading Drow, only a slight distance away from out Gates. With the gold-given, the Shadow Tribe will soon be able to finish the work around Sslal'teesh; after which we can establish a trade between our two great nations. However. Great Shadow has another wish he wishes to see granted, being citizenship for all the Kobolds of the Shadow Tribe; full citizens' right while outside our embassy. Ambassador Quarix Gaptooth suspects Great Shadow didn't mention that himself, as good, strong councillors have already agreed to this. Now, however, Ambassador Quarix Gaptooth of the Shadow Tribe would like to have this officially confirmed. It would mean big lot to Great Shadow, Protector and Master of Sanctuary.

I hope to receive word from your side soon from now, upon which we can discuss possible terms and agreements which you wish to see met.

Dear Ambassador Gaptooth.

It seems that when we negotiated terms with the great shadow, not once did he mention citizenship for his tribe, we did agree to one statue and 40,000 coin.

If you have any more to discuss, please dont hesitate to see me.

Great Shadow personally asked me to see it arranged that Shadow Tribe would gain citizenship. Great Shadow was also given the title 'Protector and Master of Sanctuary,' which Great Shadow likes to be seen taken into account. Shadow Tribe doesn't ask a lot. Just citizenship. When citzenship is given, Shadow Tribe can more actively help defend Sanctuary, together with Great Shadow.

· Shadow Tribe's Guards, when given citizenship, can aid the Watch in the City's defence.

· Shadow Tribe, when given citizenship, can live in the unpopulated parts of Dunwarren, where they will protect it from the Chosen and their rogue machinery.

· Shadow Tribe will work to rebuild that part of Dunwarren, making it more accessible to all.

· Shadow Tribe will herd their own Rothe farm to provide ourselves with food.

· Shadow Tribe will share big secrets revealed within Dunwarren when found with Sanctuary's Council.

· Shadow Tribe can process Ore imported from Sslal'teesh and sell it to Sanctuary, cheaply. Is probably through Councillor Frum.

Big hope Sanctuary's Council decides to fulfil this last wish from Great Shadow, for the benefit of both our nations.
