Posted in all bulletin boards around town.

Ladies and gentlemen, once again I ask a moment of your time. As you all know soon this town will pass through some changes, it can be bad, good or no change at all. The election time is closer everyday, and you have the opportunity to decide what is best for this town. It is a major responsibility, to decide the fate of thousands. Therefore it is imperative to rightly decide your candidate, your representative in the council. Put whatever friendship or personal feelings aside and ask yourself if your candidate is truly capable to occupy that position. Ask your candidate what plans he has to improve this town, most of all, ask him how he will to archive that. Promises are easy to make, knowing how to turn them to reality is what really matters. Next time you hear someone’s speech, every time a candidate says ‘create’ or ‘improve’, keep in mind before that happens, he must increase the town’s income or reduce its expenses. It is also good to remember that this town is around 150 years old; we have family generations living here already. So, ask your candidate what he plans to do for future generations as well. Otherwise he’ll just spend recourses to ‘fix’ a problem, not what actually caused it. I’ve heard quite a few speeches, or read about their plans, whenever they say ‘problem’ is actually only the consequence of one. Therefore unless what you fix what is causing it, the problem will remain. Everyone who gave me the pleasure of hearing my speech knows far too well that I will not post my plans and ideas in a bulletin board, such as this. To me, it is not only an insult, writing down a 30-lines text how do you plan to improve thousands of lives, but also a completely lack of knowledge and care for the citizens. Because the majority of our citizens still CAN’T read. Once again I tell you, put aside whatever feelings or personal connection you might have with a candidate and chose the best prepared for the job.
