The Tribe of the Blade has seen the way in which you have been abandoned by the Council of Upper. Our people have been contracted to protect you by the honorable Councilor Frum Highill from his own gold. That is why we stand at your gate, ready to defend you all from threats to your home.

You may have seen our guards protecting the merchants in the auction house as well. We are honored to perform such for fair compensation.

We are a people that value courage, honesty and honor, as well as the dedication to the art of the blade. Our camp is open to all who would enter in peace, and respect our ways.

All of you people in Lower need not live in filth and crime, unprotected by those above you that have turned their backs on you. Those of you who wish to learn of our way and perhaps join our blood are welcome to do so, no matter what your race or appearance.

One is judged by word and deed by those who walk the way of the Blade, and if deemed worthy you may earn a Blade of your own.

And those of you who wish to stay in your homes of Lower, we will help you instill honor among the murderous dogs and cowards who slink in dark alleys and do you and your wrong. Training can be provided, or we will perform this task ourselves. We are not a greedy people, but fair contract to perform a valued service is a thing valued by us and seen as good.
