It has been many wakings since we have spoken. You have dealt with my Plal Xari, and that is good.
I have sent a letter to the Council and the Herald's office, and have received no reply. The tribe wishes to know if Lower is truly not part of Sanctuary, if there is then no law there, and if those who are registered citizens are still considered citizens if they live in Lower.
Also, I wish to know your thoughts on these topics, and would meet with you if you can spare the time. An idea to bring Lower together has occurred, and I would see if you have interest in participating in this.
