Is it possible, after creation, to get a PC's name changed permanently? I made a PC with a nickname as his name, and found the birth name to go with it, and wanted to get the "default" name floating over my name to be changed to that. Just wasn't sure if it was part of the things that can be fixed or not after creation.

Yes. It'd just require that we LETO your character file. It's usually easier and faster to have a person re-create the PC with the desired name, however.
