You asked me to write a report of what happened so here it is.

I was selling my wares in the usual way (laying the items out) just outside of the town hall.

An elf approached and just started taking thing, grabbing as much as she could. I said to stop or i would stop her. She ignored me and kept going, i drew me blade and using the pommel, knocked her out, i healed her with me wand before once again asking for my possessions back.

At this time i also heard someone invisbile walking close by but paid no heed as i wanted my things back.

The elf once again refused and even summoned a deep dragon to help her, i slew the dragon as it attacked and once again knocked her to the ground.

I again from my own healing wand healed her and demanded all my things back, she dropped a couple, but not all.

This is when you turned up and therefore you know the rest.

Given she didn't have the items on her i would sumise that the invisble character stole the things, from the ground or by her passing them.
