Dear Sheriff Azaran Leader of The Sanctuary Watch and loyal defender.

I do think your a good man running a great organasation but I must say id like to bring up a complaint against a watch private. And a cell guard.

While in the streets some insane dwarf felt the need to punch me for insulting him. Then a watch private stops the dwarf arrests him and Then he arrests me cause I insulted him yet instead of complaining to the watch the Dwarf just bloody assualted me! Last I checked insulting isnt against the Law.

While in the cell when writing a letter and getting close to the bars The cell guard says get away when I try to explain who redicolouse the reason I was arrested is he then says I dont care. And says to shut up or He will stuff my cloak in my throat wich sounded more like a threat to me.

I write to you to inform you im disapointed and displeased for the reason of my arrest. I have gone out of the way to protect the city variouse times. I have including provided the spellguard information and retrieved one of there stolen keys. I dont say your entire organasation bad but some of your members have poor judgement.
