Two of the bounty notices in The Watch House have the same description. Baramor and Shale's are exactly the same.

If you're talking about the quest, names and descriptions are all randomly taken from a database. It's entirely possible not only to see the same name/description combinations over and over again, but also the same name and/or description multiple times per session.
