My name is Saesmed Isepritau, and I confess you've piqued my interest by your description of the tomb. I have in my employment a few mercenaries, highly able, who would answer my call for an exploratory venture into these Halls.

As such, if you're still in need of a group willing to delve the depths, I offer our services. I assume you've something specific you'd like found, thats fine; I'm more interested in other artefacts we might find for our own use. That, and the potential of portals to the surface.

When and if you find attain the information about the location of the tomb, do tell. I'm sure we can work out a mutually agreeable arrangement.

After a short time, a spectacularly well-written reply is sent to Mr. Isepritau at the Last Stand. It is delivered by a suspicious looking one-armed gnome who smells of strong perfume, and who scurries off quickly after delivering the message.

While I still do not quite have enough information to be comfortable sending a group off to find the tomb of the Archmage Asherak, your offer is sincerely appreciated. There is, in fact, one artifact in particular that intrigues me above all else, as you suggested. It would please me greatly if you would stop by my establishment for a short conversation on what I have discovered thus far, and how you might help me discover enough to mount a full-fledged expedition.

As you leave the Lower Gate of your city for the Underdark, my establishment can be found by walking through the Bone Lizard Graveyard just to the West of the path upwards.
