I'm of the understanding that there're rumor of mines in the area. I'm also of the mind that it might be a good idea to be actively seeking them out to give your human city a kick in the rear. If your lot would be willing to send me any reports or speak with me about supposed Mines in the area I'd get started on finding a good source.
