I have spoken with Alex Windmere, a man who wishes to join your ranks, and I believe he will make a fine addition to your forces. He strikes me as someone who is, and would remain, intelligent and brave, even in dangerous situations. He sees the larger picture and seems to have the best interest of the masses at heart.
