Logging while bleeding and in combat.

In recent weeks, the detection system has improved for monitoring people who log off both while in combat or actually on the ground bleeding. An unnervingly large number of people seem to be doing this, despite it being strictly against the written rules. We are asking people to honestly come forward and apologize, even if the character that this happened to is old or retired. The potential repercussions to logging off to avoid death are deletion of the character involved and/or complete banning from Escape from the Underdark.

To restate, if this happens to you, contact a DM about it. Do not assume that it will be forgotten, because it won't.

What we are paying most attention to first are characters who have logged out while bleeding. If you have done this, be sure to touch base with us soon.

If you noticed your prized character is missing, it's because we've begun to remove PCs that logged while bleeding and didn't contact us.

Please don't do this. If you have done it, contact a DM.

I really don't enjoy deleting the PCs of otherwise good players and banning for things like combat-logging, item transferring, and other obvious exploits.
