[A letter left at Worn's stew shop]

A sealed envelope. Inside are a letter and an envelope. The letter reads as follows:

Mr. Flea,

I'm having a bit of trouble joining you for dinner. It's rather a busy time for me. Rest assured, though, I've got a good plan for a solution to the uncle's predicament, which is explained in this other letter, which I'd like you to deliver to him.

See you 'round,

Dugo Nish, councillor

The letter inside the other, sealed envelope reads:

Worn,

I'm pushing for a mistrial. De'Votell never had the record of your trial filed, so there's no physical evidence remaining, and we're probably not going to get it because he left the Watch. Wherever you are, get a bit closer to Sanctuary in case we succeed.

Dugo Nish

A casserole pot with stew, is delivered at town hall for Councilor Dugo Nish with a thank you note.

Another letter is sent, again to be forwarded to Worn.

Worn,

No dice. Record turned up. Out of options right now. I'll try again after the elections.

Sorry,

Dugo

The letter is sandwitched in a pile behind the Stew Place counter, under Norrins sullen care.
