I just wanted to ask about this becuase I don't know if it is supposed to be this way or not. Very often when I log in to play on EFU all the NPC:s lies dead on the ground in lower. My question is "is this allowed by a DM?". I quote:

I have no idea of who is killing them all the time. Maybe this is all a part of the development of the server?

Just critters from goblin town dragged by PCs tend to cull the population of lowers periodically.

Would probably be handy if there were some badass NPC's near the transition from Canal Ward to Lower Sanctuary.

Realistically, if this is becoming a problem, then maybe the merchants who hang around in that area would move (just as happened in Upper after the lizard man incident), at least temporarily.

They already did.
