Esteemed Councilors,

The time alloted to the gnomes Dugor and Stolig to raise funds to pay for their destruction of the Shadow Tribe's property is nearly up.

We should determine how much have they raised. If it is not sufficient to cover the debt, the amount they have should be passed to the Shadow Tribe to cover the costs of construction and the enchantments that were used on the statues and we can uncover a way for them to pay the remaining debt.
