He stole a pair of boots off a merchant in Upper Sanctuary. He was brought down, the boots were found on his person, and arrested. Excluding about 10lbs of cheese, he had no belongings to his name and was thusly sentenced to time and work in the workhouse. The boots were returned to the merchant.
