Bloodfruit Elixir, the item, is misspelled. It can be bought at the Pyrimo, for example, and there, the base item is called "Bloodfruit Exilir", though it should be "Bloodfruit Elixir".

It took me five minutes of staring at your post before I realized what the difference between the two spellings is.
