I propose that a list of the members of your Tribe who frequent our city in a capacity beyond guarding your embassy. This may help prevent any chances of a kobold claiming to be a member, to abuse the good trust Sanctuary has put in your tribe. You may also wish to make this list public for your own protection, but I will not force you to do such. I will await your reply.

If not the case, Kobold of Shadow Tribe might be recently assigned to work at great embassy. If claiming such, come see Ambassador Quarix Gaptooth or our emissary; who'll do their best to help.
