Dear Shadow tribe I would like to complain against a horde of kobolds in lower that robbed me of 3000 gold I would very much think the shadow tribe kobolds can infiltrate these rogue kobolds and set things strait.

The Kobold the letter was handed to reads it over, and knows to inform you that the Shadow Tribe is in no way associated with the Kobolds in Lower and that they will not risk the great name of the Shadow Tribe over a commoner's dispute they have nothing to do with. The Kobold then turns around, loudly shouting "Great Shadow Death!" as he gets back to work.
