What has become of the funds that the late Councilor Fenwick promised the Shadow Tribe for the destruction of our property? While I do not expect it to be paid in full, I find it unsettling that it has taken the Council such an exorbitant amount of time to notifiy the Shadow Tribe. I eagerly await my opportunity to hear the cause of this delay.

As previously noted, the councilor, may he rest in peace, had no authority to accept the city as responsible for such a cost. The destruction was unfortunate, but the gnomes are fully responsible for the destruction of property.
