The chests only spawn treasure for the first group to do this quest after a reset.

We are just putting in a new treasure system. Only one quest respawns treasure other than plot items. The new treasure system will give this. Once we know things are working from the one quest, other quests will come on board with the system.

Has this been fixed?

Treasure should be spawning for each groups that takes a quest now.
