The goblins want peace. They can have it. Brick up the ways to Goblintown, and block all access to Lower and the Canal Ward.

If you see a goblin in Lower or the Canal Ward, or the Sewers, or the tunnels. Kill it.

Goblins are not citizens. They are not guests of the city. They are vermin. Kill them when you see them, and stay out of Goblin Town.
