Honorable Councilor,

As you are aware, i seek to help Sanctuary in the keeping of knowledge, and in supplying the town with adequate potions, by the means of founding a laboratory.

Such a novelty will increase supplies and thus security in town, and may also provide employement for those in need. I do seek to gather arcane and divine collegues of many horizons, for the better understanding of all.

I am currently raising funds so that this project will come to birth. I was also hoping to get from you - if you approve of my work - a letter of support.

Indeed, donators will be much more inclined to help if such a renowned and profondly novator councilor such as yourself shows interest in this issue.
