Um, I'm kind of a dummy at this. I read through the post in CoA about how to use image shack and didnt get it. Could you hold my hand and walk me through it? or should I just google image shack and carefully read the directions for once in my life?

I'd also like to be taken by the hand.

2. Hit Browse by the text field on the right side of your screen.

3. Select the image you want

4. Choose among the options that are there

5. Hit "Host It"

I assume at this point it provides you with a link, which you can then post on the boards, linking to the image.

Yep, it gives you the link in various formats. A thumbnail, direct link etc.

It's easiest to just use the links for thumbnails (the second or the third one) as you can just copy and paste that whole string of text into your post and you're done. However, be sure to hit preview to see that the thumb displays. One of the links doesn't want to work, atleast for me. (I think the second one from the whole list is the one you want.) Otherwise, you could just copy the direct link into your post and people will be able to click on it.
