Just so it is -extremely- clear, you should never, ever, ever respawn from a PvP death unless you have explicit permission to do so from a DM. If you are aware of someone respawning from PvP, please contact a DM so it can be addressed. If you are unhappy with a PvP death or believe the FD was illegitimate, feel free to contact a DM.

"Accidental FDs" (such as someone having the wrong damage type in a spar, etc.) are a possible exception to this rule, but even those I prefer to have handled by a DM or considered an IC accident when possible.

After seeing two incidents of respawning from PvP in the last two days, everyone please read Howland's first sentence above.

This is indeed on the rise, and it shouldn't be. A reminder is that this is indeed a potentially bannable offense.
