[Letter to "V. Blackhaw", left in the Beacon]

[The letter was written in a skilled, elegant hand, that suggests years of work with scrolls or books. It was left, folded, on the table in the Beacon, with "V. Blackhaw" written on the side facing up.]

V. Blackhaw,

I have been in Sanctuary for only a few days. Yet already, in that time, I have witnessed the workings of the Beacon, in housing, clothing, and feeding those that can not do so without the Beacon's aid. I would like to meet with you, to better converce, then through the clumsy means of written conversation. If you could write back to me a time when you are not busy, and able to see to me, that would be grand.

To Blubie Greenhill,

Vibernum Blackhaw passed away some time ago, and the current Keeper of the Beacon has been missing. I have done my best to keep things running at the Beacon, and if you would like to help, please contact me.

My office is open to all citizens, and I am often at the Beacon making soup or cleaning the beds.
