A Report concerning a murder in Northern Lower:
I was wandering Lower when I noticed a door had looked as if it had been left ajar into a house; Signs of forced entry as well.
I investigated this and went inside to find a man slain. He was propped to sit on a chair and bore wounds perhaps dagger deep in the chest area. Furthermore, his eyes had been removed. His cheeks had been slit to indicate a smile and an "A" had been carved into his forehead.
His name was Bill and upon questioning the woman whom he lived with, Brianna, I learned Bill had no enemies, no rivals, no true reasons for anyone to wish him ill. No neighbors or bystandards had seen any foul play either.
Brianna had gone to visit a friend for an hour or two when the murder happened, I came inside during this span of time after the slaying had taken place. This means that the murder was fresh, perhaps one or two hours old.
This is the third of a line of similiar numbers, and I feel that the killings have no rhyme or reason. It is senseless butcher. Clearly the people slain have little to do with whatever message the killer is sending, but rather it is the clues left. "B" "H" "A".
This may have something to do with the Council and perhaps Councilor BHAst may have some insight on this. Not that I believe he responsible for the murders.
Sincerely,
Ivandur Reynolt
