Councilor Wyric Crowshire,

I have read your recent proud announcement to Sanctuary pertaining to citizenship being afforded to Half-Orcs and Duergar with absolute horror. These foul creatures have done nothing but line their pockets with coin and ale, while placing Sanctuary at risk whenever it suited them. The Duergar entered into conspiracies that nearly lead to the complete destruction of Sanctuary, while insuring that they cleared out our banking institutions. I must say that I am at a complete loss of words pertaining to the rulings the council hands out. Furthermore, I fear for the lively hoods of each and every citizen that has to live and die by your collective negligent decisions.

Moreover, there was some talk of citizenship that was awarded to the Shadow Tribe? The same tribe of creatures who extorted us for coin and stay? If this is so, then I would strongly recommend the council publish it and destroy or alter the current Eleint Accords that are on file.

No citizenship is planned to be handed to the shadow tribe.

As for half-orcs I do know many sensible and honorable ones that have even saved my life. While I know there are vile ones in their ranks too, but I do not see why they all should be punished for that.

The duergar are more complicated issue as I certainly have no love for them, but I was assured they are essential to the trade of the town and supplies. I only acted in what I thought was in best interest of the town. Should they do any illegal activity the law will be harsh on them, I ensure you.
