Bilby's quest seems to be a once-per-reset quest, meaning only 1 person can do it, per reset. However, over a large span of resets, a person can do it multiple times. I do not believe this is intentional. And above all, it gets annoying that I never had the chance to do the quest myself, in the 45 days that I have played EFU.
Bilby's quest
You are keeping track of the days? That is awesome.
I started playing December the 31th. Not that hard to calculate back. <_< But on-topic now!
For a long time we had a database issue where after crashes some information was not being stored persistently.
This meant that under certain circumstances our "non-repeatable" quests (Adelia, Bilby, others) weren't being saved as having been done. This has, supposedly, been fixed as of several days ago.
If people could report whether you've done the quest once in the past several days, and whether it's now repeatable, that would be very useful.
Just to give you some feedback. I just did Bilby's quest two days ago, and cannot do it again. So what ever you are useing to store the information seems to be working fine from my end.

Mukmuk Goobrain can't do the quest, the entire Reset A period. Once Reset B occurs, Joe Blow can do it again. Again, if Joe Blow did it, Mukmuk Goobrain has a tough luck again. However, if at reset C, Mukmuk Goobrain does the quest before Joe Blow does, Joe Blow can not do the quest again, the entire Reset C period, but can attempt to at Reset D to Z, if he gets there first.
ChocolatePie (no, I'm not screwing him over, I have his permission to say this), had a character that did this quest several times. Two days ago, for the last time.
