When you have a free moment, will you please send me a synopsis of the crimes of the kobold 'Lord Bunge' who operates near the Upper Gate? I have heard rumors that he was exiled for devouring a pair of a former Sheriff's boots, though this does not seem entirely probable. Is he guilty of any other crimes? If so, what proof was offered?

The kobald Bunge, was indeed exiled for eating a pair of a former Sheriff's boots. I am not aware of any further crimes committed by the Reptile. By all reports he has maintained a peaceful existence with the city since that time.
