BREWER'S LABORATORY ?

Maybe that's something to have build by the council, so i'm not sure it's something to put on the forum, but whatever...

I was thinking of reviewing brewing (and crafting, maybe).

Making a potion out of the blue (in your inn room, even if you do "buy" components) should cost more (gp and xp) than if you've got a proper laboratory.

So... before i start trying to convince council members and spellguard, is that technically possible to make a difference in brewing cost according to the place in which you brew ?

Thinking of creating a brewer's guild, you see (which might allow quest developpements to get regeants for "special potions", he he...: get that regeant, and maybe -spellcraft check very high difficulty - get a sludge/ whatever ones we can't normally brew))

PS: if there's already one in the game and i don't know about it, curse you all ! :wink:

For awhile now, it has already been pre-decided that there will be nothing like "crafting" centers that actually affect prices or xp investments for scroll, potion, or wand casting.

You are welcome to attempt to build up a "laboratory" or search to see if there are any already, andy you can roleplay and use those facility/facilities as you see fit. Remember that it's the Underdark.
