I was just wondering when applications should be put in for a character concept? Should it only be once your current main is dead and you are ready for a new character? Or can you apply for a character in advance and then not use that character for a bit because your current main is still active?

If you make a type of application that's one where we get back to you, we'll be expecting the character soon -- I don't think we'll approve things for "a month from now, or maybe two."
