Heres the report you wanted on the incident in lower sorry it took so long.
Several darks ago i was walking around lower looking around because i was a little bored when i noticed a small group of men gatherd around what used to be the Kobald statues in the canal ward. Thinking they might be merchants i went to have a closer look at them.
When i got nearer i noticed that they had a female Elf who was sitting at the end of the encampment she was shackled and seemed to be somewhat distressed so i went in closer to see what she had to say. As i got close enough she whisperd to me that these people were Slavers and that i should go contact the watch and get help. It was at that moment one of the slavers noticed me and made some comment about adding another one for the collection he then proceded to pull out a set of shackles and advance on me so i turned and ran.
The first watchman i came across were the ones stationed at the stairs but they diddent seem interested and wen i asked them to call for backup none came so i decided to go for a more direct methood and went to town hall and made a sending saying there were slavers in the canal ward.
After a large group had assembled we headed back down into the canal ward to find a female spellguard agent arguing with a Fort Mur Drughar and no sign of the slavers although there were several more slaves all children. The Drughar claimed that he had bought these slaves fair and square and so they were his property we all however felt that they were sanctuary citizens and werent about to let him take them away, the Drughar then made a few threats about Fort Mur destroying sanctuary if we did not let him leave this went on for some time till one of our group lost his temper and attacked the Drughar who casted invisability on himself and promptly fled.
Whilst some of the group went after the Drughar the rest freed the chldren and elf slave from their shackles the children i presume just went back to their homes or the streets of lower. However i was able to talk to the elf, she was called Isande and she and a group of friends had been in lower when they had seen the slavers and she had given herself up rather than allow a large battle to break out in the middle of lowers streets.
Thats all the details of the incident that i remember as for what happend to the Drughar i think you probably know better than i do.
Yours sincerly Felicia
