Is it normal for kobolds to follow other gods aside from Kurtulmak?

I was thinking about a kobold ranger (several hours before the announcement as coincidence as as it sounds) and was not sure if Kurtulmak approves him with blessings as a ranger. Does he?

Not sure, but I doubt it on both counts.

Rangers simply need a valid deity to receive spells at the appropriate levels on EFU.

If a kobold were to follow a non-kobold god, it would probably be a draconic god. I think it's a pretty big if, though.
