I recently reinstalled the game and immediatly was met with some quirks. I dont have any overrides. I'm patched up to 1.68. These problems seemed to appear when I installed HotU. I'm going to fool around with it later, but if someone could point me in the right direction to start that'd be wonderful.

The following appears metalic and shiny:

Half the head selection Robes Many items in inventory screens and quickslots All weapons when held

The following appears as a white box:

Certain weapons in inventory screens All spells, in spellbook and in quickslots Maps Crafting Skills option on radial menu Half the standard portraits Defensive Casting Mode

It may be you had a dodgy reinstall. You could try making all trace of NWN is removed from your system and try again.

Yea, sounds like it had problems installing some of the textures or you had some junk in the folder where NWN is installed.
