This is a rather minor inconvenience, but here we go:
Town Hall NPCs have currently the slightly annoying habit of getting in the way of the council door and somehow managing to walk inside the council chamber.
I presume NPCs walk in totally random fashion and having them stationary (or following waypoints) is not something you wish.
I thought maybe a script would be possible that would teleport the NPC with certain tag back to more center of the hall, if they cross invisible trigger.
meta scripting, something like that.
(onEnter invisible trigger=> oTeleport to waypoint if Object-tag is sPeon)
Its doable, but not sure if worth the effort. Just something I thought about, when once again pushing myself through them :)

Old issue, but if anyone has time to look it, I would appreciate it. I could swear they all gather by the Council door like a magnet, while they have so many other places to occupy. :)

It's cause all you councillors are so popular that they are trying to monopolise your time, after all it isn't just the PC's who have a problem how the city is run. :P
In all seriousness i can see the point they do have a habit of standing in the way and at times it feels as if to get to the door you have to part the sea of NPC's.

It allows for some funny one-sided roleplay with them as you emote trying to squeeze through. Still, having them moved away a bit would be much better than having them slip past the door and loiter around in the antechamber.

You should escape through the window, just like Indy.

Sure, point me the windows in the interior tileset :)
