A Goblin town forum that way us goblins can send letters /comunicate with eachother. But without view of the current non goblin towners.

Also a recamendation perhaps Dms are considering perhaps makeing the gruzzle tribe a faction?

Well, since Goblin Town is accessible to anyone, not just residents, it would be a public board, as someone from, say, upper could just come down and take a look if he so desired. Sewer Town's board is secret (Or was, not sure if ST's still there) because it's a hidden community.

It is somewhat true that the alley is open, but...

that dosn't mean that the goblins will tell you every secret they know, or that there aren't areas back there behind locked doors.

And there are factions that don't have a headquarters at all...

This might open up the idea for a new faction... not goblin, per se, but perhaps one for all the worshipers the Giant has back in the Alley there.

Anybody want to worship the big guy? I am sure he's nice, when he isn't hungry!

The goblins can definitely have a relatively hidden forum. They've overrun the buildings there as well, after all.
