I saw an elven of the same armor and helmet of the one who I helped fighting todark. He be staying at lower, it seems so he would have to go through the "Gate Road" path, in order to stride the underdark.
He was accompanied by an hobgoblin, and I be doubting he be nay innocent, by his intentions at the least.
