Dear Councilors

My name is Aeradwyn Mel'tharion, a moon elven warrior and citizen of Sanctuary. I write this letter to ask permission for taking one of the houses in the Dunwarren sector, where the recently blown up stairs is, as my own. The house I am asking for, is the one immediately to the right after entering that particular part of the Dunwarren.

The current inhabitants that I have seen, have been a few bats and the remains of some unlucky fellow. Of course I would need to defend the property myself, and with others should they find interest in moving in along with me.

If you would require gold for this house, do send a letter back with the offered price, and I will see if this home seeking of mine would be worth it. Should there be anything else too, send the letter to the Last Stand, adressed to Aeradwyn or Awyn to make it easier. We elves tend to have a long name, and I would rather have a swift reply in a shortened version of it, than a long wait for a correct spelling to not offend the receiver.

If a required condition is that I need to have others moving in with me, I will find the required amount.
