To the Council: Rogtakh

Dear esteemed councillors,

Much time ago our Tribe requested you give some of our non-human tribe members permission to travel freely within your walls without fear of breaking your laws regarding races.

One of the things mentioned by your now unfortunately deceased Mayor Bresley was an intention to repeal these laws. Even if this is not the case, I would like to know whether you have considered our brother Rogtakh who is of goblin blood but is equally as honourable as the rest of our Tribe, for permanent guest status in your city. We are aware that the Tribe will have to answer for any misdemeanour committed by him.

We have not heard from the council on this issue for some time, so hopefully this will prompt you to consider the matter soon.

Sincerely Ileana of the Tribe of the Blade

If you have any additional reference of Rogtakh value to the city, it would help us in giving him the permission. While the Tribe is of course honorable one, the councilors might be more easily persuaded if you would tell something more of the goblin in question. I am myself content with the word of the tribe that he will not cause any trouble.

I shall forward this matter to the council table, after your reply. Although if you have mailed this to others than myself, I cannot promise this order, in case other councilor acts before your reply.

Respectfully, Councilor Wyric Crowshire

further letter is sent to all councillors

At the suggestion of Councillor Crowshire, I am writing to bring the case of Rogtakh to your attention with greater focus. His talents are great when it comes to medicine and the like. A physician to many, and a skilled one at that, he has saved the lives of not only Tribe members, but citizens of Sanctuary who have travelled with us since we arrived. Giving him guest status can only allow him access to more materials and not to mention patients who need his care.

I also hope the Council considers the Tribe's soon-to-be guarding of your Canal Gates a worthy contribution to this city.

Sincerely

Ileana of the Tribe

I'll bring this up for you chaps.

Fully support letting him inside.
