The Watch is in need of your assistance. We are currently investigating a multitude of deaths of children of lower. Our investigative activity indicates that these deaths are attributed to a Dopplenger, or more commonly known, Shapechanger. The Watch asks for all citizens to be vigilant and report any information that could assist us in our investigation.
