The Disgruntled Citizen dialogues could use a good update now, since they seem to be drawing from about 4 months ago, regarding issues that are entirely irrelevant now. Or mostly, anyway!

The puzzling fact that nobody seems to care about his concerns just makes him more outspoken and disgruntled!
