In an unrelated note, does anyone catologue the demographic census of Sanctuary, especially in regard to the metahuman races such as kobolds and goblins?

Please also include, what catch phrase did the top vote earning Councilman use in the previous election?

Yes, goblin and kobold citizens living within the city walls may vote in Sanctuary's elections, with the exception of the Lord Bunge and his group of kobold followers.

Voting in the Council elections is quite safe, and has been for the past hundred years. It is done on a one-person one-vote basis, and is overseen by the Watch to ensure that the results are not tampered with. You are invited to contact Sheriff Walters to volunteer your services.

The following candidates achieved the highest vote totals in the last three Council elections (in Marpenoth, Eleasis, and Kythorn respectively): Councilor Grigor Starag, Councilor Demetrius Bhast, and Councilor Gaeseric the Unyielding. Up-to-date information on their positions on those issues will become abundantly clear as the election season progresses.

The Office of the Herald catalogues the population of Sanctuary by summing the votes recieved for all candidates. No records on the specific breakup by race are recorded for the official records.
