Alright, so my character Jasmal was kidnaped by Montollio and Bahm (these might not be spelled right, but you know who I'm talking about, right). They beat her up, took all her stuff, and almost got away with her, but they were intercepted and forced to flee. I heard they were caught and tried, but no one has contacted me about giving me my stuff back. Is it gone for good (I died 4 times just trying to get those pants)? Is there somthing I'm supposed to do?

If your things were taken in game, then you will need to go through in game channels to recover them. If they were caught and tried, one might try to go to the law enforcement PCs and discuss this with them as the watch may have had need for evidence.
