I have a idea for a character, like a journalist that will make a newsletter, newspaper, whatever... would this idea be a bard idea? or a rogue or anything?

Bards and rogues are well-suited to such a task, although given the proper motivations, I'd imagine that any class (with the possible exception of the barbarian) would be able to undertake journalistic endeavors.

But to answer your question more directly, the class that is most associated with publicity is the bard, yes. And of course what Arkov said, any class could undertake this if they wanted to. However, I've always wanted to see a 'big media' bard come into EfU who starts creating sensational stories and gimmicky newsletters about Sanctuary's denizens. I would imagine something thats fun to write and read.

Ill probably multiclass rogue/bard.

Clerics of the 'learning' gods (Such as Oghma, Deneir, etc) work as well.

A sneaky character writing a pulp gossip rag would be hilarious. Like Danny DeVito in L.A. Confidential. Or I could see a hard-nosed, investigative type, fearlessly telling the truth that others want to hide...love it.
