I was adventuring with a man in a black scail mail rapier and a shield. As well as a elf who barely wears clothing but transforms into a deep hound and a elf with a great axe. We killed hobgoblins during wich one went to the streets of lower and killed a few people but it was brought down by three men in sword /gang member npcs. ) Suddenly after splitting the loot I go back to upper where I here him telling councilor fenwick I kileld those people. He blatently ignored me when I said it was the hobgoblin. He then said in front of fenwick then you dont mind if I kill him now then. He then told the man to file a letter to the watch then. So he just walked away and told me if I followed him to lower hed knock me down. He deliberetly tried to frame me and threatened me infront of councilor ferdinard fenwick.
