Not too horrible this, but anyway:

In temple of Hoar, you can get stuck in hallway which apparently leads to some quest area. You can get in the hallway through uncommon looking door, but not back out, as all the doors in there are locked.

No idea if this only happens while people are having that quest.. (as there was while my character got stuck in there. Got free when they came back up and unlocked the door, luckily)

Don't know if this is related, but last time I was with a party to take that quest, we could not exit the quest area -- the door locked behind us. (DM assisted to get us out, don't know if s/he fixed the problem.)

Wouldn't know how to get IN in the first place. When I did it we had a remnant of the semi-gone "Harbingers" faction with us who was able to unlock the door. Is it even intended to be open to outsiders?
